Can I use any SIM card in my device?

The SIM provided with the device package is locked by configuration as our SIM provides the best possible coverage over multiple networks as apposed to single network coverage by other providers.

Can I control and view multiple trackers at the same time on the same map?

Yes you can control and view multiple devices through your account on the location services portal.

Are there any contract or monthly fees?

There is a small yearly charge that covers data, and support which can be signed up to through a direct debit or purchased each year with a prepaid data subscription.

Is there a charge to use the online web portal?

Access to the web portal is free. You can create your free account here https://complexus.uk/#register. Once the setup of your device is completed you will be able to view it in your account.

Will my tracker work anywhere in the world?

Our standard package allows the device to be used in the UK and European countries other packages can be purchased for use across the globe.

How accurate are the GPS trackers?

The trackers we sell are accurate to within 3 meters of the physical location.

How long does the battery last in my device?

TMT250 and Gh5200 have an internal battery that will last on average 8-12 hours of usage with the standard configuration. Our remaining devices are powered whilst connected to an external source with an internal battery backup.
