To ensure your experience is the very best, we manage all the complexities of mobile device configuration, management and connectivity to the Location Services Portal (LSP).

This includes:

  • All-inclusive mobile data over a European multi-network roaming package with no hidden costs.  Other geographic zones are available upon request.
  • Service support (9am to 5pm Mon – Fri) with best effort for out of hours, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Secure, high availability Location Services Portal (LSP) with 24/7 365 access.
  • Automated backups, disaster recovery, maintenance, upgrades, bug fixes and continual security monitoring & patching.
  • Automated event notifications via SMS, Email, Webhook and or Push.
  • Secure API integration options.
  • Continual device improvements (new features, security, and performance enhancements), including device firmware updates over the air (FOTA) where possible.
  • 2-year rolling history, playback, and reporting.

 

Billing Cycle:

After you’ve had your device with us for a year, you will need to renew / setup a service package subscription to continue to use your device on the Location Services Portal.  The service package must be annually prepaid per device.  The first year is included with every device and is non-refundable however, should you cancel part way through a subsequent year, any remaining service credit can be refunded upon request. Billing options:

  1. Preferably via our GoCardless integration, which will automatically renew your device(s) service package each year.
  2. Alternatively any of the payment options below.

 

Should you require a bespoke billing option, such as different funding sources for devices in the same Location Services Portal login or to setup a corporate account for business to business invoicing, then please contact accounts@complexus.uk who will be happy to help.
