Location tracking and Telemetry

The real-time tracking feature allows you to monitor the current location and status of your forklifts, with user-configured telemetry data such as speed, motion alerts, and acceleration. 

Additionally, the historical tracking service enables you to replay trips and view detailed reports of past movements, utilising this allows managers to analyse travel patterns, verifying routes, and ensuring compliance with operational protocols. Generate or schedule reports to display data on individuals or groups, helping to optimise overall forklift fleet management.

Alerts

The TFT100 offers a range of alerts to enhance forklift security and monitoring. Here are some of the different types of alerts the TFT100 can provide:

  1. Driver Identification Alerts: Using the RFID Reader the system can identify and authenticate drivers as well as immobilisation if an unauthorised user is attempting to use the forklift.
  2. Speeding Alerts: The tracker can monitor the vehicle’s speed and send alerts if it exceeds a predefined speed limit. This helps in promoting safe driving practices and reducing the risk of accidents.

  3. Tamper Alerts: These alerts notify you if there is any attempt to tamper with or remove the tracker from the forklift, ensuring that you are immediately aware of any potential security breaches.

  4. Geofence Alerts: You can set up geofences, which are virtual boundaries around specific areas. The tracker will send alerts when the forklift enters or exits these predefined zones, helping you monitor vehicle movements and prevent unauthorised use.

  5. Crash Detection Alerts: The TFT100 is equipped with an accelerometer that can detect collisions. In the event of a crash, it will send an alert, allowing for a quick response and assistance, ensuring staff safety.

  6. Battery and Power Alerts: These alerts inform you about the status of the tracker’s battery and power supply. If the tracker is running low on battery or if there is a power disconnection, you will receive an alert to take necessary action.

  7. Towing Alerts: If the forklift or plant machinery is being towed without authorisation, the tracker will send an alert, allowing you to take immediate action to prevent theft or unauthorised movement.

These alerts provide comprehensive monitoring and security for your plant machinery, ensuring that you are always informed about its status and any potential issues.
