Standard Configuration

  • Panic Alarm: A critical safety feature that allows users to quickly signal for help in an emergency, the device sends an immediate alert to designated contacts, including the current location, ensuring rapid assistance.
  • Man-down: The accelerometer inside the device automatically detects when a preset angle is exceeded for more than 10 seconds. After which an audible pre-alarm will sound for 15 seconds. Should the wearer not return the device to a horizontal orientation within the pre-alarm timer, then the device will trigger an alarm which will then notify the recipient(s) configured in the location services portal.
  • No Movement: When a user is stationary for longer than 5 minutes a pre-alarm of 15 seconds will trigger and after this an alert will be sent to your specified channels i.e. web, email, pushover.
  • Amber Alert: When activated by the wearer the amber alert timer of 30 minutes will start. After this timer a 60 second pre-alarm timer (repeating vibration) will present to the wearer. Should the wearer not reset the amber alert timer or turn off the amber alert feature, then the device will trigger an alarm which will then notify the recipient(s) configured in the location services portal.

Lone Worker Configuration

The lone worker configuration mirrors the standard setup, but replaces the No Movement feature with a Risk Level / Assistance Required feature.

To request assistance without the wearer themselves being in immediate danger, the wearer can escalate the current risk level to show that assistance is required. This will generate an alarm which will then notify the recipient(s) configured in the location services portal.
